The Natruël Guarantee
Each jar of Illumé Butter is formulated in small batches and hand-filled under strict quality standards. To preserve product integrity and hygiene, the following return policy applies.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To initiate a replacement:

Attach a clear photograph of the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Unopened Only)
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

Unopened
-
Unused
-
In original, sealed packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Natruël reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Opened or Used Products
Due to the hygienic nature of anhydrous, waterless formulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
We strongly encourage reviewing our ingredient archive prior to purchase to ensure compatibility with your skin needs.
4. Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
